What if I injury myself in class? Our instructors begin each class with a warm-up and/or stretching to promote injury prevention and emphasize proper body mechanics. However, accidents can happen, such as tripping, pulling a muscle, or overstretching. Adults: By attending our classes, adults assume responsibility for their own safety and should be cleared by a healthcare provider for physical activity. While our instructors take precautions to minimize injury risks, in the event of a serious incident, 911 will be called, and building staff will assist as needed. Kids: Parents are required to sign a waiver for all children's classes, releasing Moov from liability for any injuries. In the event of an injury, our CPR- and first-aid-certified instructors will provide immediate care within their scope, and parents will be notified after class. In severe cases, our Artistic Directors will be contacted, and 911 will be called. We encourage parents to ensure their children follow the instructor's guidance on proper body mechanics during class. Each situation will be handled individually.
