MOM & BABY / DAD & BABY / FAMILY DANCE CLASSES

Join our artistic directors and new parents, Didi & Effect, for a judgment-free dance class designed specifically for parents! Parenthood is a journey best shared, and this class creates a welcoming space where moms, dads, and families can connect through dance. Blend Hip Hop, movement, and community while keeping your little one close in a carrier. These classes are all about fun, support, and movement—no dance experience needed! Parents with young kids are also welcome.

What to Bring & Wear:

• Clothing: Loose, comfortable attire such as t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants.

• Footwear: Indoor sneakers are MANDATORY.

• Other: A pre-filled water bottle.

Both classes will be offered in English, French and Spanish
