What to bring: 
Clean indoor sturdy sneakers
Pre-filled water bottle (no fountain available)
Loose comfortable clothing like “athlesieur,” sweat pants, track pants etc
 
What to expect: House is a dance style and underground culture that blends various genres of music and movements from Hip Hop, Salsa, Capoeira and more. Expect to sweat in this class - tons of cardio!
