Beginner Afrobeats choreography (6 week program)
 
Schedule: Mondays 6-7PM x 6 weeks
January 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10 *skip 17*, & 24

Location: Bronson Centre - Room 221 - second floor (211 Bronson Avenue, Ottawa, ON)
 
What to bring:
Clean indoor sturdy sneakers
Pre-filled water bottle
Loose comfortable clothing like “athlesieur,” sweat pants, track pants etc
 
What to expect: PJ613 will introduce you to the world of Afrobeats dance with the newest Afrobeats moves and music. Just like the viral TikTok videos you see, you’ll learn the names of the movements, what African countries they come from, how to dance them, and put them together in a choreography at the end of each class, all to the Afrobeats music we love! Minimal to some experience recomended but not required! If you have no experience in dance or Afrobeats, take this class but be ready to work! :)
