Time: 3-4PM (1 hour)
Level: Intermediate level (experience highly suggested)
Location: Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave. 2nd floor "Room 221")
 
What to expect: Drills and short combos. This will be more freestyle focused.
 
Bring a pre-filled water bottle
Wear clothes you feel great in! Dress up or down - up to you!
Indoor shoes mandatory
