A Hip Hop dance class for mom & baby

Time: 10AM to 11AM - 1 hour
Location: Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Avenue) 2nd floor, Room 221
Price: 25$ CAD + hst Early bird / 30$ CAD + hst Regular
The price covers 1 mom & 1 baby (Age 2 months to 6 years old)

What to expect? Join our artistic director and new mom Didi for her judgement free mom class! Mom-support is so important for parenthood and Didi wants to help create a community by bridging Hip Hop, dance and parenthood in the city! Bring your baby in a baby carrier and get ready to meet other moms in a supportive and fun dance class catered to you! Welcoming moms and young toddlers as well.
-You will start with a short warm up and then followed by some easy and safe hip hop dance moves that mom can learn alongside their kiddos. You may even do some sexy and fun moves if we feel the class calls for it! At the end of the class, we will put the dance moves together in a short combo.
What to wear/bring?: Whatever makes mom feel great! But if you do not know where to start.. loose comfortable clothing like tshirt, hoodie and sweatpants. you cna wear gym-style clothes to! Indoor sneakers are MANDATORY. Bring a pre-filled water bottle.
